Alexander Estate John Real Scam?
The real-estate training company called 14-DAYS TO REAL ESTATE RICHES is generally sold via infomercial for around $40.00. Its founder is John Alexander, who is based out of San Antonio, Texas, and associated with a Texas company called Gray-Stone Mortgage. The real estate coaching outsourced from a Utah company called 'Mentoring Of America'.
Some former participants in this program were disappointed with their initial purchase, which consists of a 7 CD-Rom set that feature real estate purchase contracts, training manuals, and a 20 minute quick-start over-view DVD of a John Alexander seminar. The program also offers 10 phone-coaching sessions for $12,500.00. Many people experienced trouble, if not out-right failure, when they attempted to collect on the money-back guarantee.
Type Alexander Estate John Real Scam into your search engine and you’ll find lots of claims that this is a Real Estate Scam. It’s perhaps more accurate to say it’s a shoddy product with somewhat misleading advertising. |
