Critics of Carlton Sheets’ program level several allegations against the company that, if true, would amount to unethical business practices. These include false advertising since a down payment is still needed and the material only provides suggestions at 'creative' ways to go about getting the down payment. Also, a good deal of the information provided in the kit found on the Internet for free. Many people have had difficulty obtaining refunds.
The bottom line is that this is a company doing legal business, but possibly selling shoddy product and providing poor customer service. Caveat emptor.
