Is XanGo a Scam?
XanGo are the makers of a fruit drink that is marketed as a health supplement that offers many health benefits. XanGo’s makers claim it may strengthen the immune system and the respiratory system, flush common toxins, improves intestinal health and does a number of other things to.
The problem with these claims is the word “may”. On the XanGo site there is a telling message: 'These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.' It is this slippery language that makes some consider the possibility of a XanGo scam.
The vague language that the site uses should be a red flag to the consumer. It allows them to make legal but dubious claims that have in no way been confirmed by the medical regulation board, even if they have testimonials by medical professionals. As always caveat emptor.
