I got a mail from KENT WILLYS BANK PLC for winnings of a lottery.
Can anybody tell me if this is a scam mail ? They are asking for 1,100 GBP in charges for a wire transfer.

You posted your reply in an announcement that their site is scam and you still ask if their mail is true???????????
