Area Puerto Ricans surprised to learn anti-fraud law will invalidate birth certificat

More than a million natives of Puerto Rico living in the United States - including thousands in southern New Jersey - will have invalid birth certificates on July 1 under a law passed by the Puerto Rican government to battle birth certificate fraud.
