I will not entertain anyone with response to the visible lack of empathy and character and his desire to waste time NOT discussing anything of value. Repeatedly slamming me for "not saying anything" is a waste of his time, since I am going to keep saying more and more as this investigation and prosecution proceeds, regardless of his posts.
Don't bother to comment on people personally, it just ruins the work people are actually doing by posting. Sometimes this is the best we can do... educating others and sharing personal experience and ..........................

Thank you.
You are right some posts are saying nothing at all.
I have to ask all members posted in this article only one thing .
Does anybody sue them for financial loss??????? If yes please post only your actions or else do not cover a serious matter with long size of texts with bla bla bla bla ....

Any other post or reply will be deleted in the future if does not contain facts or actions but only opinions.
We have to help anyone who was scammed from this company

Plan B is something each individual needs to decide. Nothing comes easy in life. Re-founding Mother gave some ideas for people to research...they may work for some, but others may find other options work better, depending on their personal situation...I personally am just starting over to recoup my loss.

It's not obvious that they didn't have a legitimate plan...or at least a collection of good ideas and some half-baked ideas. They went through the motions of creating real products and business, but it all went south when they discovered the easy money from the housing scam.

Ralphmalph...you may want to re-check your facts. There are companies out there that do make money from merchant services, atm machines and real estate investment. Digital advertising is a very viable product if done correctly...otherwise Clear Channel and Lamar wouldn't be involved with it. The basic business concepts were not bad ideas...it was their execution (or lack of execution) that was doomed. And I disagree that concepts are doomed from the start, it is the steps that are taken after the initial concept that dooms it.

Refounding's posts certainly offer more substance and help than I can see from any of your posts...if you don't like what she has to say (or have trouble understanding her), you can always simply ignore her posts.

When any funds are spent, unless they are in cash, they can be traced. Any cash purchase of $10,000 or more has to be reported to the feds, so even significant cash purchases can be traced.
Certainly funds within the US can be traced. But recouping funds sent to offshore bank accounts are questionable at best. And if you really think the feds will recoup all the money invested, you may want to talk to the investors of the Bancard Group and see how much money they got back.

Let's face it, most of the people helping Williams were either in on his scam or were trying to scam the scammers to get their own cut of the action. I don't know refounding, but I don't believe in any "investment plan" until I see all the details. Since refounding is so reluctant to even give a hint about her plan, I have to assume she is not on the up and up.
She has given ideas for re-investing. As for details for an actual plan, this is definitely not the forum for that kind of thing...but the main message from refounding is that there are other options out there and she's pointed the readers on this site in a few directions that they can begin to look. If she were not on the up and up, she would certainly give more details to "sign people up" but that's obviously not what she's doing.

As for the "duh" comments...I find them extremely offense and honestly question your purpose for contributing to these discussions. Are you working with the Williams brothers to discourage posts and further confuse the subject? If you are truly an investor that has lost money, I can understand your anger and frustration...but I cannot understand why you lash out at others in the same boat.

Default Metro Dream Home Burying Assets Again

The Williams family is at it again. PointNet has repositioned itself as National Narrowcast Network in DC (http://n3technology.com/). Rob Williams and Kevin Williams have removed their name from the site. The employees are the same. The websitei s basically the same with different colors. Wayne Ireland (CEO??) is a cousin of the Williams. The money to start PointNet was taken from the POS Cafe/Billboards4ATMs bank account from the initial investors (Rob Williams was writing checks on these accounts for expenses of PointNet for months after it started. Their accountant, Carol, spent several months at the Dream Homes office in an attempt to bury their involvement, however they continued to market Dream Homes with Andy after the supposed split).

You can rest assured that the capital to "start" this new business was from the same funds...especially considering Wayne Ireland's previous business experience is as a construction worker and moving man for his cousin, Kevin. Yvonne Watts, Deputy CEO (???), is a contributor to the Metro Dream Home scam. All of these people were at all the meetings and took money from the fraud. Yvonne's experience is even more questionable, lacking any ability as an employee, let alone a manager.

Default d.c. metro area - has anyone heard of metro dream homes?

There is an update memo posted at POS.

also, on scamdotcom a new thread was started about Rosa Askew. Apparently some are still conducting business whether it is real or not or known by authorities.
