I was using GLM and had a wonderful conversation with Damon Carriger however, shortly afterwards it seems that my file went unattended for a couple of months and then I had another guy from GLM working on my file. To make a long story short we were just informed today (after waiting since December 2008) that Countrywide does not want to work with us. So we are in process of reaching Damon to secure our money back that we initially gave them because it was a guarantee that GLM could produce results which they did not. But then again, we are talking about countrywide and I dont know why they are not willing because GLM stated that Countrywide had been at fault in making their loans.... go figure

So Glenn how did you manage to lower your mortgage payments with GLM - we were told that Countrywide was not willing to work us but only the people who are losing their homes (all we wanted was a lower int rate or something)...We started using Damon C and then it went to Bobby B. I wish they had Cambell's magic!!

Default BBB - I went there and....

it seems that the Feldman Law Center does not have an A+ but instead it has a C- . I was looking at one of the ones that was previously listed and it was a C which was correct but the FLC has even worse.

Has anyone taken the advice previously and done it on there on. If you did, how did you do. We have Countrywide and now I'm afraid. We are have not defaulted on our loan because it comes out automatically and I try to make sure the moneys in my account BUT it's all the rest. We tried to open a side buisness and it was going pretty good but now we are getting any buisness. So its a credit card loan and a vehicle loan and a house loan that's going to get us.

Default Greenleaf Modify

Do not use Greenleaf!! I called Greenleaf in December and spoke with a gentleman named Damon Carriger, he told me all kinds of wonderful stories about what they could do for me. He would call me every week for about the 1st month and tell me everything was going really good and that I might have a case against the lender for predatory lending. In January I received a letter from my mortgage saying that they had set an auction date for my house to be sold. When I called Damon he said that was no problem and that they would get the sale date postponed. Every time I tried to call Damon to find out what was going on he was always busy, he would never return my phone calls or e-mails. So finally I called and asked to talk to a manager, the manager told me that my case was going good and referred me to the processing dept When I talked to the processing dept. they gave me a bunch of b.s. stories. Long story short I am losing my house tomorrow April 16,it is going to be auctioned of at 10:00 a.m. My suggestion is if you do use Greenleaf call them every day, if you're lucky they might return your phone call.

Default Green Leaf Questions

I have also contacted Green Leaf and they stated we should qualify for a modification and should be able to cut out mortgage payment in half as Countrywide gave us a stated income loan with neg am about 3 years ago. I want to hear from momoftwins or anyone that has posted already that has had any positive feedback from this company. They also stated we would not have to pay until we have our loan package in hand. Is this possible? Any good news from anyone still in negotiations?? Please help.

Default Found Some Loan Modification Assistance

I was looking for a loan modification company for 4 properties I had purchased. After spending a hefty amount with a shady company, I found modfraud.org. They are not actually a loan modification company, but rather a referral service for people looking for a legitimate attorney to help with loan modification. It seems that some attorneys attorneys have better relationships with certain banks or mortgage companies and can get things done faster. It's free to speak with them!

Exclamation New Life Home Rescue in Tustin,Ca.Scam

I worked for them doing Loan Modifications a while back and all they do is contract you for all your hard work and tell you they don't have any money to pay you ! Ryan Greaux says he is a christian and has the nerve to steal from people. Him and his two partners Will and Jesse do it to their reps. I saw many reps come and go, because they flat out lied to them. If you hear of New Life Home Rescue; you should run in the other direction. I'm going to try and use Feldman Law Center to go after their shoddy business practices.

Has anybody heard of Greenleaf Legal.com in Santa Ana, Ca.?

Loan modification companies are making promises that we could get our mortgages modified to lower levels, saving us as much as $200,000 on a mortgage. We paid $350,000 for our property and the same properties are short-selling around us at $150,000. We weren't the type of people who purchased with no money down. We put 20-25% down on our properties.

Greenleaf stated that we could our mortgage lowered to $150,000.due to hardship. My husband was in construction. The jobs are gone. I'm sceptical. It seems too good to be true.

I called 5 loan modification services. They are all over the place. The average charge is $2500. per property.

Has anyone heard of Greenleaf Legal.com? Are they legitimate? Has anybody heard of The Feldman Law Center?

We're down to the last of our money and we don't want to be scammed.
There is a company who is compliant throughout the United States who is doing Forensic Audits which gives them the leverage that the homeowner may need to get a loan modification. If you want the information, just let me know. There are Webinars you can attend and ask questions to get all the information you may want, and it's free.

Angry Grean Leaf Mod- Green Leaf Legals- Refisoup.com Homeowners Relief

So many names for this loan mod company. I paid them $2000 for a loan mod in March and nothing has been resolved as of yet. DO NOT USE THEM. Everyone that I have worked does not work there...were talking about 6 people.. high turnover?? I dont think so it's just a big SCAM. The so called lawyer Kurt Elkins they use probably sends out the same generic letter for all the homeowners. It was not the forensic audit as promised. Good luck trying to get a call back or any updates on your loan mod. Oh yeah if you pay with a credit card they charge it as a CASH ADVANCE so you cannot dispute the charges.sneaky sneaky... Now we are stuck with the same screwed up loan as before and having to pay a high interest rate on a cash advance purchase!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1Do not make the same mistake I did.......They need to be shut down so they cannot prey on any other homeowner
