WOW!! This is interesting, like they havn't done enough damage to homeowners in the Valley, Sacramento, and the Bay Area. Who knows what is going on?? All we know is refunds should be taking place right about NOW!!! Since the contracts were 100% refundable after One Year.

JW Financial was happy to accept our $3500 and did express definitive and comprehensive promises. However, they are not what they present themselves to be and have no intention of distributing refunds. It has been almost one year since they were paid the $3500. WOW agian!! Still full of SH*&. he's like the energizing bunny, now it's purely entertaining, cause I called his number back in March of 2009. Why did he shut his office? Perhaps, the FBI went in and shut him down, he forgot to tell you this. Also, the reason his assets were frozen was maybe because CREDIT FRAUD??? (just a question) And I beleive this is right up the Federal Trade Commisioner, and Postal Fraud for the letters mailed to clients about this program. I don't know. Again, all of you need to call Glen Gulley at the DA's office in Stanisalus County, he should answer all of your questions, Sounds like Jesse needs to refund your monies NOW, not when he can, alot of you have expired contracts, get your money, call Glenn Gulley, and file a small claims against him, sooner or later you should get your money back. And I would be willing to bet half of those files didn't even reach Cydney where he has mentioned a fee to her, cause I know of two people who did a trade for this program, and guess what he's moving out soon, so it doesn't make sense to do something in trade and turn around and pay Cydney to give her the file, now does it. This is why he made horrible accusations against me, to get the clients focused on me and not him, I knew that some day this would all surface and the truth would come out. Don't worry Jesse, I bet you don't spend much time in the big house, cause let's see, you will post bail, then plea bargain, I estimate you will do 12 to 18 mos with good time behavior, you should be out in 6 to 9 mos, not bad for walking away with about 6 million dollars?????

I have also not gotten reasonable response from JW Financial, and just learned this morning that they have folded up shop. I will be calling them today for progress on my loan modification and the whereabouts of my $2,500. But I fear it may be time for all of us scammed to join together and take legal action.

I am finding out that this is a scam. The people who signed me up, Matt Rhorer with Newport Financial now of Preferredfs, kept me at bay for a few months telling me things were going well and that we were in tight negotiations. But, it is all a lie. When I try to contact JW Financial Solutions they are no where to be found. They never retrun calls and their email address no longer works. Have you reported them with the attorney general's office? They said the more people to report them the better. So, please do that if possible. What you do is file a consumer complaint. I have done this and two other people I know of have done this also.

Please Everyone who is involved with them. Report Them Now!

I tried Glenn Gulley at the Stanislaus DA and got " not at this office". Please folks if going to post contact information post complete contact info. We can list official government phone numbers on this web site, can't we?

The Department of Real Estate filed an order to Refrain and Desist in 2/09 or 3/09. I have been trying to get my refund ever since and no response from them. I have called them each and every month since 4/09 and no updates and no refund. I filed a complaint with the Sacramento County District Attorney's office and Sacramento County Sheriff's Office. Jesse Wheeler, owner and president of JW Financial Solutions does not return calls. He recently closed his office in Roseville, CA. He had a subordinate send out an email that they were closing their office and some company they were dealing with refused to return $400,000 to them. Although I have no evidence that they ever did anything for me, no evidence of negotiations or anything, but they refused to return my $3500. I would like to encourage all of you to file a class-action lawsuit with me against this company and all it's alleged partners. As soon as the DRE order was issued, they should have refunded everyone's money. They never reported this to any of their customers. If you are willing to sue them in a class action suit, contact me. I plan to pursue them civil. It was an extreme hardship for me and my family to pay $3500, but we were in fear of imminent foreclosure. I need the money now to pay my mortgage because I am behind, and this company has the gall to refuse to refund my money after one year. They're lucky these aren't the old-west days, or they'd be hog-tied and branded.
