Exclamation www.HoodiaPhen.com will take you farther than you want to go

I recently signed up for the $4.95 trial offer on November 15th. On November 16th my card was charged. As of today, Dec. 4th, I still have no product. After reading all of these stories online, I decided I needed to check into this. Nowhere, ads or website, does HoodiPhen.com tell you what you're really signing up for when you sign up for the "free trial". The only place is in the terms and conditions section. If you accidently click submit on the order page without reading that section, or if like a lot of people, you never read that section, then you have just signed up for alot more than a one time trial and a $4.95 shipping fee. You are signing up for repeated shipments and monthly membership fees.
If you have recently ordered from Relocate, immediately contact your credit card company and dispute the charge, and check your credit card on a regular basis to watch for additional charges so you can dispute those. Your credit card company will not pay them while it's being disputed, and you are not responsible for the charges while it's being disputed, nor will it accrue any finance charges. If you don't mind doing it, you could just close your credit card all together.
Below is the string of messages from today between HoodiPhen and I.
You have to go to :: Phenterthin::, get a login id, fillout a support ticket, and wait to hear back. This is the only way to talk to this company- another example of their pitiful customer service.
I hope this helps save some people from getting caught in their web.

To HoodiaPhen:
My order ID number is 421164619

I have not received my product, the free trail for $4.95 (shipping). But my credit card was charged. I do not want the product to ship and I want to cancel any future charges to my credit card as well as get a refund for the $4.95.

Cancel my enrollment into your AP program, I was unaware that this was an automatic enrollment just for accepting the "free" trial.

I have already notified my credit card company that I am disputing any charges from your company.

Please contact me immediately to let me know no further charges will be made to my account and that the $4.95 shipping charge will be refunded since I have not received the product.

Thank you,

My Name
My number
My address

Mastercard ending in xxxx was charge the $4.95

HoodiaPhen’s response:
After you have placed an order you have a few options –1. Cancellation fee of $49.95(Cancels all additional charges & shipments) Void after charge has occured 2. Receive ONE bottle for the discounted rate of $ 79.95 +free s/h(This is a savings of $20)3. Do nothing and receive the ONE TIME auto shipment as agreed upon.(Savings plan continues entitling you to large discounts and free gifts anytime you place future orders.)Once you have decided, please let us know via our online support ticket system within 15 days from the date your original order was placed.NOT from the date package was received.NO DIRECT EMAILS or PHONE CALLS accepted. If you have not contacted us with your decision via our online support ticket system within the allotted 15 days, agreement will continue as agreed upon and NO RETURNS will be accepted. NO REFUNDS will be issued. ALL SALES FINAL !NO EXCEPTIONS! Mr Brown

My response-
How can I decide if I want something within 15 days of the date the order was placed, if it's been over 15 days since the order was placed and I still haven't received it? All you do is try to trap people.
I will not pay for somethng I do not receive and my credit card company has been advised to not pay you because I haven't received anything.
Your business practice is very poor as well as your customer service.
Why would you want to trap people? Don't you realize there are horrible things being said about your company all over the internet? I suppose your customer's satisfaction is irrelevant to you as long as you get your buck. Your ads are misleading and deceiving, as is your website. Why not be upfront and tell people openly in the ads and on the site what they are really signing up to do. There's nothing free about it. And if you accidently push the button before reading the terms and conditions, then you are instantly trapped.
You may have a seared conscience right now and somehow justified to yourself how you do business, but one day you'll regret having tricked people out of their money.
If you charge my account, you won't get a penny. I have an excellent credit card company that treats their customers the right way- unlike yourself.

I wish I had done more research and found this website before I got scammed into ordering the "free" sample of hoodiaphen. There is nothing free about it. They charged me $49.95 for the "free" sample and $149.95 for a 60 day supply that I did not want. Cancelling your membership is next to impossible. I could not get to the website to cancel my membership because the link they send with the confirmation email does not work. They will not respond to any emails sent to them. After I received the 60 day supply I was able to finally get through to a website by typing in the adress on back of the bottle Untitled Document and following the links that way. I had to cancel my debit card to ensure no further charges would be posted to my account. If you choose to chance doing business with this company BE WARNED that they do not care about their customers and the product may cause health problems. After taking the product for a week I started experiencing chest pains, headaches, and choking sensation in my throat. They do not care about any of this and WILL NOT issue a refund regardless of the situation. You may not receive the product in the trial time and will get stuck with buying what you may not want. Is there anything that can be done about this? I cannot believe that this is legal business practices. I feel like it is a scam.

Dear holbt

Unfortunatelly there are not "free" meals.
If someone is willing to give you something for free, look always where is the catch.

Default hoodiaphen.com now hoodiacomplex.net

The thieves that run this scam are now using hoodiacomplex.net as their site. Read the terms and conditions, according to the skunk lawyer that wrote it you basically forfeit your right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, your first born child, etc, JUST BY ENTERING THEIR WEBSITE!

I urge everyone who believes they have been defrauded to file mail fraud complaints with the US Postal Service and their state AG.

And, when you find a honest site that is running their link, contact the site and inform the site manager of your experience.

Default Help

It says on the agreement that I didn't read that you will be sent to a collections agency if you do not come to a agreement with the online department. I have just cancelled my debit card before the 149.00 dollars hits it and was wondering if anyone has had collection calls from this. Is there anything legal we can do for being scammed?
