Mercenery....If you type the letter 'a' in each box you will qualify.I fail to see what specific law this has broken

Regardless of what she put in the boxs, ljaggirl WILL have to pay if a collection agency turn up at her door.
I think advising someone not to pay,in this case is highly irresponsible.
If anyone can see a getout clause in this I would be glad to hear it but so far the only argument I have seen for not paying is "I didnt read the terms of agreement"

Cool

Unfortunatelly everyone must read all terms before order anything from them or else has to pay even the reverce of his order according contract terms. Of cource advice not to pay concerns unaprooved charges and if anyone signing a contract aprooves charge in advance must pay.
My last post was to point where is the catch so everyone has to be carefull before order.

Exclamation hoodiaphen scam

Whew, this is my first time being jammed by an internet scam. And I must say it doesn't feel very good. I ordered my "free" sample for $4.95. I stupidly didn't realize that I had unwittingly agreed to months worth of the stuff. I am terrified to actually try it and want to return it. I tried to cancel it when I was informed that I was receiving more. None of those url's were reachable. Fatal errors everywhere. God who died anyway. No phone numbers. Finally reached sales@hoodiaphen.com received e-mail saying basically tough sht and a phone number. Upshot of that conversation was of course more tough sht. But he did say that if I "agreed" he would drop an additional $35 cancellation fee. I said what does agree mean and he said that you agree not to go to the better business bureau. Get a load of that.

Dear jannie123

Unfortunatelly this scam is acting by the law and he demands "cancelation fee" according the terms of contract that anyone accept to get "a free sample" very well paid finally.
But you just disscovered their weeknes. Make a complain to BBB.

Default I fell for it too but I have some help

Hello,

I also fell for this scam. Here is a website that actually allows you to file complaints: http://www.usaveonpills.com/support/users/main.php

I had "Reggie" as well and he was very rude. I could not get out of the cancellation fee of $35.00 (plus the $4.95 they charge for shipping your "FREE" sample) but I was able to get, in writing, that my account had been cancelled.

I have also put my bank on notice and I'm going to keep an eye on my account.

Good luck to everyone out there who has been scammed and please spread the word about this fraudulent activity!

Default Pure Energy is the company!

Go to: Welcome to Oklahoma's Official Web Site

You'll see how fake it is. You can reach them at 405-631-2211 ask for Reggie, He's a real piece of work. FYI.he'll probably tell you that you have to pay $35 to cancel and how you didn't subscribe on the link that you really did. And how you have to send him an email to tell him that you'd like to cancel and that you must include that you won't dispute any charges and if you do he'll enroll you back into the whole thing. Cancel all cards that link to the account the money was taken out of....

Check out that website and call the # on the link. The more victims we have to fight them the better the outcome will be.

Dear ali1980yo

Welcome to thiss forum.
Thank you for the link. It is useful for all victims of this "legally" set up scam.
Publicity and reports to authorities is their worst fear and this is why they ask such mail that you will not do anything against them.

Default sheesh

I got my sample for 4.95. I don't like the pills at all. I took one & got sick & almost passed out. Whew. Just not for me. I did not read the terms & conditions. I had NO idea that I was obligated to spend any more money until I googled HoodiaPhen to find out if other people had similar side effects like I did when I took it that day. Then, I find this forum. I called the number listed to cancel, but got the Reggie-run-around. I don't think there is any such thing as a customer service branch for this business. I just keep getting a message and no real person other than Reggie who doesn't do anything except re-direct people to another number where no one answers! So, I made sure I had no pending amounts coming to my debit card & I canceled my card that I had used to purchase the stuff. I was charged the 4.95 but I can live with that. My new card will be here soon but HoodiaPhen will not be able to charge me the $149 or $495 that you guys have been charged...thank God I found this forum. I'm pretty broke. I would not be able to afford the time or $ that I would have had to spend if I had not found your posts. Thank you so much for being here.

Dear Paperdoll

Welcome to this forum.
Never forget the golden rule to be safe.
First check, check again and again, then ask and finally act when someone offers you something "for free".
