Default Hoodiaphen

I too fell victim to their scam. I have put in a complaint with the BBB, FTC, Oklahome Attorney General's Office and if they try and send me the package I asked them not to I will also contact the USPS for mail fraud. I will update on what happens. Pure Energy Products, Inc. (which runs this scam) has until March 26, 2008 to respond to my complaint.

Dear Christy

Welcome to this forum. Your post moved to proper archive about this scam. First of all you have to make a complain to BBB as most above did.
Second you have to ask from your credit card to stop all payments to this scam for non delivery of goods.
Third try to cancel your subscription.

You must be more carefull for "free offers".

It's funny how scam sockpuppets can be so obvious. I mean (not to educate them), but a little subtlety would be so much more effective. No one really talks that way on the internet anymore.

According statistics such "obvious" scams got in 2006 3,6 million people scammed (and this number is only from them who report the loss to authorities).

Default **update**

After much going back and forth and letting them know I had certain legal rights....MUCH going back and forth. I FINALLY have received my 69.95 back that they illegally took from me. I did not sign for the bottles and I think this is the major factor in dealing with these people. BBB did not help me, Oklahoma Attorney General merely sent me a letter stating that they filed a lawsuit last January and the SEC informed me (which I used in my argument) that the company cannot charge me for a product I did not order nor received. I also let them know that there are literally hundreds of people who are online complaining about them and let them know that they would all be willing to go into a class action lawsuit. She initially told me in the online ticketing system that I could only get a 35 dollar refund. I called in and stated I had no bottles and wanted my refund and the girl did not argue. She said ok it'll be in your account in the next 24 hours. Ridiculous what you have to do to go through...but worth it.

liyah3 thank you for this update. If this company was acting legaly (some posts said this) Attorney General would not filed a lawsuit.
You just gave the way to all their victims to get refund.
It is not rediculous to get your money back from a scam even is just a dollar.
Thank you again.
