Default another mortgage scam

This joker by the name of Purcell approached me two weeks ago bragging about he owns 28 homes. I asked him if he was a landlord and he said no. He said the homes were vacant and going to foreclosure because he already got at least 80k out of each of them. He said he gets people with good credit to buy the homes from distressed sellers 80k or more above the asking price and after settlement the sellers give him the eighty grand. Then he promises to pay the mortgage for the buyer for three years. He pulled out a business card stating that he repairs bad credit too and charges 9.95 per debt to be removed from credit report. I told he he sounded like a scam and if he had heard of Dream Home. He says yes and that he taught them everything they know. I asked if the 80k shows up on the hud one and he said no. He said neither the lender nor the title company are aware of the agreement he has with the seller. I told him what he was doing was illegal and he was defrauding the lenders and title company. He was working his way around the room going from one lady to another. He starts off complementing you, then ask to read your palm to break the ice. So watch out, his name is Purcell Johnson

Cool

Dear tiredofscamstoo

Welcome to this forum.
I just moved your post to a new thread not to be with other matter, to be easy if someone searches about this scam, to find your post here.
It happens sometimes to people have bad credit report.
Nothing can be repaired from anyone third person.
As ex bank executive I was preffered to hear the truth from a client and to see what my future client did to improove his credit report, because believe me I always was able to find anything hidden.
