I was contacted by this scammers thru alibaba.com, they send me a mail offering me pda's, video games and another good at low prices and I bought it, I send a first T/T to a woman in TX, USA this woman supposedly is the wife of the scammer, then the scammer send me a mail and told me that he doesnt have the item in stock... I can believe I bougth it.....
 he told me that it negotiated directly with his boss in Nigeria the email of his boos is videoauction@yahoo.com or videoauction@hotmail.com, well I negotiated whit this scammer and I lost $4000, they use a lot of lies they told me the items are ready to ship but they have troubles whit the custmom services and I send more money,then they told me they have to pay more to fix the problem whit the custom and I send more money... well when they were noticed that I dont send anymore money because I knew their game they dissapear I learn a lot of lesson from this experience. I dont report the police. The police of my country is very inefficient, they do not give importance to this type of cases.I have the emails between me and the scammers, I have their supposedly names and phone numbers and the receipt of WU, if you know about law enforcement that can help me to catch this scammers let me know

I made a search about reports for them and I got info from CIA year factbook that ""Supreme Court or Corte Suprema (judges are selected by the Legislative Assembly)"" . You could contact with a DA to make a report. You may also post all their mails with full headers here to help you locate if they are in places that you mentioned.
