Default Reporting

Hi
I am new to this website so a big HI.
Ok I finally got fed up with emails saying I was getting so much money from Yahoo, Fedex and some Prince from somewhere I have never heard of. So if they put a companies name on the email like the Fed ex ones, I forward them on to FedEx. Does anyone else do this, am I wasting my time?
Cheers
Belle

Cool

Welcome to this forum. Are you sure that mails are coming from FEDEX? Many times scams make sites copies from originals but hidden links redirect you to their trap.
You may post their mail with full headers to locate where comes from.

Default Hi

Sorry I must have explained incorrectly. I know its not Fedex sending me the emails. It just annoys me that the scammers use the company logos. I used to work for a very large Bank and I got scam emails saying they were from the bank that I worked for so I used to forward them on to our security teams.
So I have started doing it again, i.e. if they use a company logo I will forward it on to that company. Is that just a waste of time?

No is very helpfull action if you forward their mail with full headers to locate where comes from or else it is useless.
