dhgate
hi can anyone help me with dhgate? i ordered a bag on the 6th march and now the sellers saying that they can't post to my address. this is pure rubbish as i order of ebay. i paid through paypal so i think my money's safe enough i just don't know how to contact anyone at dhgate?i have emailed the seller with my address again but he's stopped communicating with me?i do know most of what's on dhgates replicas hence the price, i just hope i've not been scammed thanks.

Your never seeing that again mate.
I use dhgate a lot, and make money off it. I have never had any problems with it. I worked my trust with a supplier and now he and i have a great business relationship and he sells things to me for cheaper, kind of like a good service thing. If i were you, i wouldnt have jumped to any supplier. Do you know the suppliers name, if so type him in the search bar and take a look at his feedback score. If it is negative then you know its not coming. Also, you could try being a bit crafty about it and get it shipped to a friend/relatives house so that he can ship it. And again, if he cannot ship it this time then you know its not coming. Another way would be to simply open a dispute. This is not the most effective because, you are complaining to someone whoes bank account it is in. I mean you are complaining to dhgate. but they have your money, so therefore, they arent going to want to refund your money when they can keep it for themselves. they will try anything such as "the seller has already shipped it". However, i have read articles of people who do get refunds off dhgate and other people who get a fraction of a refund off dhgate. Dhgate tends to favour the seller so be careful!. |
