@pottisun . Welcome to 419legal .
Please introduce yourself as you are with trade tang. What position do you hold in this company? If you are in a position to speak for this company, I would assume you are also in a position to help the members on this forum who have had such a bad experience with your company! Your company has a very large sales volume, so 5% of unhappy customers is a LOT of unhappy people. What steps is your company taking to fix this problem? Will you be contacting the unhappy members on 419legal and helping them to get a refund or to satisfy your customer's.

I beg to differ on the percentage of claims against TradeTang. You state it is only 5% where in reality, if you view other sites, is really closer to 85%. In my particular case against wanglaoj117, He advertised 2 American made guitars but when the order was shipped, he actually sent 2 counterfeit knockoffs. This was an unauthorized substitution called bait and switch. When the claim was initiated, your refund offer of $300 USD against a total purchase order of nearly $800 tells me that $300 was what the fake merchandies was really worth, the remainder went to pay for the sellers "Free Shipping". Add to that the burden of the buyer to pay shipping costs to return the merchandise back to China ($450 USD) and you do the math - who really got ripped off here? Now wanglaoj-117 should have been removed from TradeTang for using bait and switch tactics yet he is still advertising on your site. Even the negative feedback that I left for him has been ediited out. Since this is allowed to continue, one can assume that TradeTang is complict in tthe sellers activities and condones scamming its buyers. TradeTang knows we live half way around the globe and cannot go after the seller, that you will not back the buyer for a complete refund, which in effect forces the buyer to accept counterfeit merchandise (or have to pay more for its return than the refund is worth). These transactions do not show up in your statistics because they look like the buyer is satisfied - nothing could be further from the truth.
