Welcome to this forum. Of cource is a scam mail letter. You can never win a lottery that does not exist, or without buy a ticket from an existing lottery. This type of letters is the most common scam letter.

I don't understand What are you telling me/ asking me? If you want to give me a grant, when did i apply for it? I went to your website but as it was in Russian or Polish I didn't recall it. I am looking for grants all of the time so if you have them to give I would appreciate any information Yours Sincerely This is the reply i gave to my mail (exactly the same as above) I eagerly await my grants application reply!
