Dear general
Welcome to this forum. All such fake lottery letters are "advanced fee fraud". Next step is to ask you an amount as fees to send you your "winnings". If you bite and send money this will be the last communication with them. Do not respond to such scam letters. Read in main page of thi forum about dangers from Nigerian scams.

It is better to be safe than sorry. Always check again and again and again everythinh comes from unknown source. If you doubt you can always post in this forum an investigation request and be sure you will get help soon. Read also in main page of this forum an article with title "some useful advices". It will give you ome ideas how to search anything.
