Don't bother contacting the courier service, this is a fake lottery and the "claims agent" was just a scammer. The courier service will charge a fee to deliver your winning prize to you, and that is what the scam is: they pretend to have lots of money for you and you just need to pay a few hundred dollars to get it. But, since you didn't actually win anything, you'll just have your money stolen.

If you didn't buy a ticket, you can't win the lottery!
