Angry Trillionario.com- Scam - Do Not Play - Unauthorized Credit Card Use

I wanted to play the lotto because the jackpot was big but I was on a holiday so I did it through trillionario.com. They were quick to get my money and contaced me immediately when I first asked a few questions before I signed up. Now, after the first subscription has expired, they are charging my card without my consent after I specifically asked to have my account set to NOT AUTO RENEW. This was confirmed by Rebecca Gold from United Messenger Service, Inc. (UMSI) who handles the trillionario.com services. Here is Rebecca Gold's email reply to me...

Dear Mxkx,

Thank you very much for contacting us at Online Lottery - Powerball, Mega Millions, Super Lotto, California, New York, Florida, Power Ball, Megamillions - Online scanned lottery tickets Per your email, I have marked your subscriptions to NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW. That means your subscription(s) will automatically cancel once the last ticket has been played and will not renew again unless you email us and tell us specifically that is what you want to do.

We want nothing more than for you to trust us and know that our goal is to make you happy and to be our next OVERNIGHT MILLIONAIRE!

GOOD LUCK!!! I hope you win!

Best regards,

Default Trillonario.com - Scam - No Reply To Email

I have sent them email twice a day, four days in a row asking this be corrected, not one reply. I sent the message to these people below and nobody from TRILLONARIO.COM has replied to me, however they do keep sending me email notices for jackpots and they keep sending me tickets I did not order or agree to pay for. These are the customer service reps for TRILLONARIO.COM, none of whom reply to any email I have sent in regards to UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES to my credit card!

Default Post your bad Trillonario.com experiences here

If you have had the same experience which I am sure many have, please post your experiences here. These SCAM artists should not be allowed to do this to consumers and the more people who expose it, the better for consumers. My advice now, after learning the hard way, if you want to play the lottery, go to a retailer and buy the ticket yourself. These online lottery companies are all overseas and they can't really be prosecuted and they know it. This is why they will charge your card without permission, they know you can't really do anything.

Exclamation

Dear duey101

Welcome to this forum.

According your first post they have confirmed that your subscription is not renewable.
Inform urgently your bank to reverce any unothorissed charges and you have to ask for help for fraud action from local authorities.

Thumbs down

If you don't believe they are a scam just read my post, more than 5 days later they still will not reply to my email after they illegally charged my credit card. I sent email to every customer service rep they have 6 times already, NOBODY ANSWERS! When you try to cancel your subscription they just charge your card anyway. I am sure this has been the case for many people like me.

Just try cancel your subscription and see what happens, you won't be singing the praises of Trillionario.com anymore.
