Default TRILLONARIO.COM SCAM Continued.

So, after 6 days, Lorena Martinez from TRILLONARIO.COM finally sent me this reply...

Dear Dxxmxx,

Thank you for your continued interest in trillonario.com. Per your email, I
have marked your subscription to automatically cancel once the last ticket
has been played and it will not be renewed automatically. We will wait to
hear from you when you are ready to renew or purchase a new subscription and get back in the games! In the meantime, GOOD LUCK with your remaining
tickets. I hope you win millions this week!

Best Regards,

Lorena Martinez

This is exactly what Rebecca Gold told me on the 9th of October and then they went ahead and charged my card without my authorization again on the 13th of November. TRILLIONARIO.COM is a SCAM for sure, they will just keep charging your card without your consent forcing you to cancel your credit card account.

Default Trillonario.com

My name is Juliana from Trillonario.com. I see that there has been a big misunderstanding, and as we care of our clients, we believe it is essential to clarify any doubts which arise. I hope that we get things clear and that you feel free to contact me anytime.

Trillonario.com takes special care in sending the tickets on time, before each draw, and there was no exception in this case.

Kennyceb:
Let me explain further: it seems that you have looked at the time of the draw of the lottery, but wrong. There are lottery sites which claim “Time to Draw”, but this refers to the time when they close the buying tickets’ service, it seems concealing. “Time to Draw” does not necessarily refer to the drawing of the lottery per se, you should be careful and watch out because you thought the “Time to Draw” information was real, but due to this “lie” a big misunderstanding has arised.
Euromillions is played at 21 GTM, and looking at your FireFox, at that time it was 16 GMT. This means that 5 HOURS LATER the lottery would be played. Your ticket was uploaded at 17.22 –time in Spain. That is to say: 16.22 GMT. And a mail was sent to you at 17:35 GMT with your scanned ticket. 3 HOURS AND A HALF before the lottery draw. That means that the ticket was delivered in time.

Hopefully this situation is clarified, and you understand that Trillonario.com is a serious company, who preoccupies for it’s service and for it’s clients satisfaction.
I’m sorry you did not receive a reply before, we’ll pay careful attention to this forum as from now on so as to keep a fluent communication with our clients.

If you have any other doubts don’t hesitate in contacting me through: juliana@trillonario.com.

Default Trillonario.com opens a communication channel

We have found out that there are various users of this forum who have doubts about Trillonario.com. As we give importance to this forum, as much as to it's users, we'd like to open, as from now on, a communication channel with all the users who have any questions/doubts/comments.

We believe that the users of this forum like honest lottery services, and as Trillonario.com stands for this kind of service we are willing to make the best use of this forum.

We have seen false, exagerated and unfair accusations about Trillonario.com.
For this reason, we are willing to pay close attention to whatever is posted here, and we commit to answer any comments which are posted, within 24 hours.

There is not need to do this. Just answer to any post about trillonario from anyone.
In previous thread you have already posted an explanation and already is posted an answer for both sides.
Still expecting posts from both sides.

Never doubt that truth is our concern.

A question to junior member Trillonario

Have you posted in yahoo something like this you posted in this forum for such articles as
"Its a SCAM...
Think about it.. If you won a Lottery... Anywhere in the WORLD..... Don't you think they would fly you out there so, they can have you on TV and whatever else...
Think about it.. Here in the US.. If anyone wins anything even near a million.. Its all over the newspapers and TV...

There probley going to try and steal your identity or after you fill out Payment Processing.. There going to say please send us (about) $5,000 for the taxes and processing fees...

So, I wouldn't do anything but, just ignore them.. Or write back and say.. Send me the money and I'll send you the info back once I received it..
They will never answer you back.. and I would try and call you Internet provider and tell them about it...

Good luck with everything and let us know what happens...
Jay "

Smile We are Trillonario.com

My name is Pam Vanderbilt. I am the Customer Service Manager at Trillonario.com and I noticed that some users on this forum have doubts about our service. Because we believe that this is an important forum comprised of sophisticated individuals that enjoy playing the lottery in an honest way, we would like to open an open channel of communication with its users.

I have read some false accusations - exaggerated and unfair to be sure - in relation to Trillonario.com and the service we provide. But most importantly, is that we all can see an open channel of communication where doubts can be put to . If you have any doubts that you would like to post here, please do sorest permanently. If you would like to write me directly, you can do so at pam in trillonario.com (please replace @ for ‘in’ )

Duey: as far as your post and your experience, I was able to trace down the history in your account and I would like to offer an explanation:

- on Oct 5 you bought a Mega Millions subscription
- on Oct 6 you wrote to Customer Service inquiring about renewals and Lorena answered the same day explaining the process to you. You then wrote back saying that you didn’t want your account to be automatically renewed.
- on Oct 9 Rebecca marked your subscription to not automatically renew and wrote and acknoledgement back to you.
- Your subscription was picked up by our renewal service and was renewed for the Nov 16 drawing. I can’t explain why this happened but I can say this to you it was an honest mistake and we fix our mistakes. The next email I see from you was on Friday Nov 16 afternoon where you ask to be cancelled.
- On Nov 20, Lorena cancelled your renewal, wrote an explanation to you, apologized and refunded 100% of your money even though 2 tickets were already played on the renewal. We thought this was the appropriate way to proceed since you never intended to have your subscription renewed on the first place.

We take pride in what we do. I love my position as Customer Service Manager at a company that takes Customer Service so fanatically. I am fanatic about this too. We have many many thousands of happy subscribers that play with us every drawing and even more subscribers that play when the jackpots are high. We established our name based on an honest and dependable service where people can count on us to do what’s right. We will stop at nothing short of doing exactly that.

Duey, we would love to see you back and I promise we’ll make it right to you. If you do decide to come back, please write to me first. I will make sure you get the red carpet this time and I’ll make it worth your while. By now, you should have had the money back for a few days and understand that we are an honest company that ALWAYS will stand by YOUR side.

I will be monitoring this posting for a few days and I promise to reply to any issues anybody might have. I love this job. I love Trillonario.com and I hope you will too.

Best to all and GOOD LUCK!!!!

Pam

Default An answer to Mercenary

Mercenary,

Absolutely not. We would never post a message like that nor we engage in that kind of practice.

The writer of that posting has something right: IGNORE THOSE EMAILS!

NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYBODY THAT SAYS YOU WON A PRIZE and you need to send money before they send you your prize.

I disagree with the writer of that posting in his portrayal of the US Lottery Commissions. I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and I find them to be professional and honest. Every big winner we had was treated with absolute courtesy, discretion and always respecting their wish for privacy. Some winners want it and some don't. (I can't say the same for the media outlets though! :-)

Something I disagree with the writer too: NEVER EVEN WRITE BACK TO THEM! As a rule of thumb: if you are not playing the lottery you are not winning it!! If you didn't buy a ticket you did not win it. You have to be in it to win it.
