The writer of that posting has something right: IGNORE THOSE EMAILS!

NEVER SEND MONEY TO ANYBODY THAT SAYS YOU WON A PRIZE and you need to send money before they send you your prize.

I disagree with the writer of that posting in his portrayal of the US Lottery Commissions. I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and I find them to be professional and honest. Every big winner we had was treated with absolute courtesy, discretion and always respecting their wish for privacy. Some winners want it and some don't. (I can't say the same for the media outlets though! :-)

Something I disagree with the writer too: NEVER EVEN WRITE BACK TO THEM! As a rule of thumb: if you are not playing the lottery you are not winning it!! If you didn't buy a ticket you did not win it. You have to be in it to win it.

I asked a question
"" A question to junior member Trillonario

Have you posted in yahoo something like this you posted in this forum for such articles as
"Its a SCAM... "" and from your reply seems that you have not post in yahoo something like your post here.
That makes me wonder 2 more things
1. WHY NOT?
2. How come a newby member yesterday named just ""Juliana"" turned today to ""Pam Vanderbilt"".

You’ve said almost the same in the other thread, so I’ll answer there, otherwise it’s somehow confusing.

We have 8 persons working on support, and 2 active Trillonario accounts.
Pam answered the other thread as she was in charge of following up the credit card issue.
It called my attention that you seem to be suspicious and even angry with Trillonario.com. Have you ever played? Have you ever had a bad experience with us? I really take into account any “primary source” opinions, meaning from someone who has actually played.
We did not answer on yahoo because we did not see anything there. There’s no other reason.
Trillonario.com is a transparent and upfront messenger service. We buy the tickets on our customers’ behalf, print it with the customer’s name and send it scanned by mail. Here is an example: http://www.trillonario.com/images/ticket_POWERBALL.jpg. The owner of the ticket is the person whose name is printed on it, nobody else. So he is the only one who can collect the big prizes.
We are aware that there are SCAM sites/organizations and these worries us as much as you, because of them the business image is damaged and as part of the business it affects us too, but fortunately there are also honest and straight-forward companies, and Trillonario.com is one of them.

Smile To Trillonario.com

Ive been playing for atleast 5 months , had problems before on getting tickets on time. but this was resolved after i emailed them,

I also have been charged before. but this was just for the renewal of service I emailed and asked for this to be cancelled. and they responded quickly, I just hope that next time when someone signs up for something , there would be an option like "recurring service" or just for a couple of months so something like this wont happen again

I Love trillonario . and will continue playing thanks

Because of many different threads about the same company (Trillonario) I made this merge so anyone can see all opinions about.
I have only to add that noone from the members posted here that is a scam case have any new post that they got their money back.

I was finally contacted by Trillonario.com and they did refund my purchase (this is unverified as I am on holiday and can't check my bank account) but they did get back to me to resolve the problem. I understand that with as many customers as they have things like this may happen, but the fact it took about 8 or 9 days to get an email in regards to the issue was not very professional on their part. Still, they took care of it.

The end result, they have contacted me and apparently resolved the issue which is good. I was also contacted by Juliana who asked me to post the result here...

My name is Juliana from Trillonario.com. I’ve been entering to the forum and I wanted to confirm that the person that wrote...

If everything came out fine I suggest that you post in the forum and share your comments with the rest!

I think forums like this are very good for both consumer and companies like Trillonario. It keeps them honest and they obviously care about what their customers think so as of now, I am satisfied with the solution.
