Searching about this company "trillonario.com" more of resaults make me laugh.
1. Both (suposed) employees of this company posting here are located in Uruguay and Argentina. 2. Trillonario in ""contact us"" is giving contacting details as follows: Ledonford SA c/o United Messanger Service 811 N. Catalina Ave, Suite 2112 Redondo Beach, CA 90277 USA Tel +1-310-697-3608 Fax +1-978-246-5528 3. In main page is written ""Credit card transactions are processed by Ledonford Limited 7, Ifgeneias Street, 4th Floor, Stovolos, 2007, Nicosia, Cyprus a wholly owned subsidiary of Ledonford S.A."" All above are not saying here the company is located. The conclusions are yours ....................

Both members (suposed employees of trillonario.com) entered today and read the above post (as moderator I see many things they do not even imagine) trillonario at 2.16 PM and trillonario.com at 6.21PM who also read the infraction he got but never answered.
I was expecting some kind of answer but silence. I do not give second warning and both left us ...............

First of all imagine my surprise when i tried to reply today and i stambled upon a "banned message". So I have created another account to post my reply here
I also want to say that is not my intention to discuss with Mercenary. I intive you, Mercenary, to read our how it works section [ .trillonario.com/static_how_it_works.asp ] and our about us section [ .trillonario.com/static_aboutus.asp ]. There you will see why you have Uruguayan IPs. I'm sorry Mercenary but I'm not comfortable with your comments. I feel a hostile position when you talk about us and I don't understand why. You are not talking about real problems or customer's issues. Mercenary: I don't know if you are the site owner or a site admin, but you should update your country detection database or use a web site like MaxMind to check the information you have. That IP you say that is from Argentina is surely from California. It's not our intention to hide the company structure. You have our phone number there, our emails, our address if you want to buy your subscription using western union and several other ways to find us. You also should now that Trillonario.com is the ONLY lottery messenger service that print the customer's name in each ticket, scans it and send the scanned image by mail to the customer before each draw! As you knonw, only the ticket owner (the person with the name printed on it) can cash the prize so, as we say, with our service you get 100% peace of mind. Because we really buy the lottery ticket we have offices all around the world. Where are you from? Maybe there is an office near your place. Or maybe you want to visit our head offices in USA or in Uruguay? We will be very pleased to receive you here and show you how our company works. Believe me, it's a really great company! I hope this explanation clarify your doubts and as I said above I don't want to reply to each Mercenary's posts, so from now I will only respond to our customers or to serious and well intentioned arguments. BTW, this is a very interesting and useful forum. Good job!! Last edited by Mercenary : 01-23-2008 at 06:33 PM. Reason: Advertising links |

Unfortunatelly for you I just followed your advice and I read in your link "about us" something worst ""Wintrillions.com is not associated with any government or lottery commission."" Thanks for your advice to update my country detection database but there is no need, is updated every 3 hours as also other databases. How can someone vissit your office in USA when you use a postal services company?????? There is no need to answer my doubts are doubled since I read your today post.

I have never actually played on the Trillonario site, but I HAVE played on the CongaLotto site, which is also owned by them (Note: CongaLotto allows me to pick my own numbers and I can play for only one draw, with a lower minimum).
At first, I was leary, since I went through an affiliate site, but when I got to their site, and completed the transaction, I was satisfied, then became an affiliate myself. I have had no problem speaking with the people at LottoElite, which is under the same umbrella. If you are not getting your ticket, you need to let them know, and specifically ask them why you did not receive your scan. Another thing I wonder is: when you DID get your ticket, was it dated before the draw? I guess that's another reason I prefer their Conga site, because whether I pick my own numbers or I use quick pick, I am instantly notified of what my numbers are. And when someone who links to them through my affiliate site, I am also given a confirmation and sales ID number (no personal information). I would suggest, as an added benefit, that you go through an affiliate to link to them. You still do all your transactions with them, but, that way, you can have another person working on your behalf in case there are any problems, which I'm confident are at a minimum. I can't speak for the other affiliates, but I'm a stickler if customer service isn't what it is supposed to be. alan@loteriasinternational.com Last edited by queenonabudget : 04-17-2008 at 06:00 PM.
