Default email scam

I got an email saying I won 2 million dollars in some internet lotto and decided to do a scam search and here I am. I knew it was not true because it asked too many personal question that someone would need to access personal info. address, phone# it also asked you to describe yourself. What does that have to do with a winning lotto #.

Nothing at all. You can not win from a lottery that there is not exist and you never bought a ticket.
