Default I almost belive the story

I decided to check on the internet some information about this lottery and I found you. Thanks God, because I was thinking to give the information. They are so smart, they sent a lot of information for contact, names, addresses, ticket numbers and all that stuff and the way they wrote the email, that you almost get caught!!! that's incredible. I hope anyone belive in this story and someone start an investigation and find those people.

Here is the letter:
