@osvaldo victores, Welcome to 419legal. YES it is a scam.
NO one will give you money for nothing!

You CANNOT win a lottery if you did not buy a ticket.

They will ask you for money to get your "Winnings" that do not exist. The best thing is just to delete it. It is a scam .
