Has anyone had any dealings with a "Bruce Fairbanks" claiming to work for the WLO(World Lottery Orginazation). I was contacted telephonically. Bruce has astrong Australlian accent and claims to be calling from Malta. The number given to me to leave a message for him to call me is in Cyprus according to the country code. He also mentions a Mr. Ross as the Financial officer and a Mr. Kinney as the Vice-President. They inform me that I am a finalist in the VIP award program.
Anyone out there had a similiar experience.
