Grant possible scam
Several days ago I received an e-mail informing me that I had been chosen as one of the lucky winners of a grant from The Russian Foundation For Basic Research. I responded with giving them my name address and phone number, and was assigned a registration number. This information was according to their second e-mail in order to deliver the money shortly. The way the e-mail read, it sounds like a definite. At this stage I'm waiting on the bomb to hit. If they ask me for money up front, then I'll know it's not for real.
I curious to find out if their have been any complaints against this outfit and if this is the beginning stages of a possible scam. Regards, John
