(3) ASSIST ME IN CARRYING A FEASIBILITY STUDY BEFORE ACTUAL INVESTMENT.

I declare this offer to be binding and free of errors or omissions.

Due diligence has been performed in order to ensure compliance with requirements and particular situation.

I agree to hold my proposal open for acceptance.

Yes, I do think that these people think we are stupid.They keep trying to get the spelling and grammer down better too. Must be hiring hacks from N. America. Who knows? Maybe teachers doing english as a second language needed more gigs.

I've been getting idiot investment letters too. Like I'm going to invest over email. Hahaha
