1. Tax Free Ecommerce: Many businesses are looking forward to a marketing environment where they can avoid the hassle and cost of collecting and remitting sales taxes to hundreds or even thousands of different tax agencies.
2. Offshore Web Services: The allure of getting to use a web service where you can accumulate profits tax free is something difficult to resist. However, what you should remember is that if you have dispute with the foreign web service, you are likely to have to seek recourse in a foreign court, with completely different rules.
3.Offshore Directories: An increasingly large number of directories of web sites and businesses are beginning to offer enhanced listings for free. Probably you would be offered an enhanced listing in some internet directory but, there would be no way of knowing if the directory generates any significant amount of traffic.
