Victim Q & A Database
Visited OVC (Office for Victims of Crime) website at Office for Victims of Crime Home. Clicked on the home-page "OVC Resource Center" tab (left side of screen). Found the NCJRS Q&A database link Search Questions and Answers - National Criminal Justice Reference Service. According to OVC, this page offers a searchable knowledge base with answers to many of your criminal justice-related questions. And if you don't recieve the answer you need, you can email your question to a specialist. This is a major information center for victims of crime ( i.e. spousal/child abuse, identity theft, victim bill of rights etc.)
