Default Rental Scam (#18!), decided to have a little fun this time!

Good Afternoon Ms. Grin.

I'm so pleased that your client is happy with the monthly rent amount. There is no move in cost.
I will try and answer your questions below:

Please, kindly get back to me with answers(yes/no) to my answers:
1. Is any Western Union located where you can easily wire the balance around you?
Yes, there are several Western Union offices in this area, however; I am not understanding why, I should want to "wire a balance around myself", wrapping myself in wire sounds uncomfortable..... I'm not sure what you mean? Please explain this procedure in detail.

2. Can you get the check taken to your bank, the same day you receive it?
When your client physically comes to the house address listed on the rental add and places the monthly rent in the hands of the landlord not myself, it will be up to him whether or not he can get the check taken to his bank on the same day.

3. Can you get the excess balance send the same day you get the check cashed?
No exess balance will be left on the check that your client physically places in the hands of the landlord, as the monthly rent is exactly 500.00 for the smaller room and 600.00 for the larger room, it is assumed that the check your client brings to the landlord in person, will be for one of those amounts, no less, no more. Otherwise the check will be of course returned to your client.

4. Is the room in good condition?
The room is in excellent condition, please let your client know that they will be able to judge for themself, the condition of the room, upon their arrival in the area.

I will forward your information to the landlord, as he has requested all correspondence from you, to be forwarded to him. I'm not sure what the purpose is, but he sounded insistent when I explained you were eager to send a cashiers check. Hmm, curious.

Please tell "your client" the a listing of local airports, and shuttle services are available online. I wish your client in securing transportation.

Let me reiterate, there is no move in cost, there will be no advance payment sent, there will be no cashiers checks / money orders usw, sent. Payment will be made in person, when your client arrives in town and contacts either myself or the landlord with their intention to come and view the house.

I antisipate your next email, we look forward to hearing from you very soon!

Have a wonderful day!

Sincerely,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Thank you for your thoughtful reply Ms. Grin. As stated in the "advert", the rooms are rented for 500.00 and 600.00 [larger one], per month, payable on the first of each month, in person; directly in the hands of the landlord. How kind of you to continuously offer to send advance payment, however; this is not necessary, nor welcome. Please stop by anytime, you are in the area, to view the room.

Have a wonderful day Ms. Grin!

Sincerely,

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
