never been a customer of this bank but keep getting there mails can i stop it anybody got any ideas

This is phishing, it isn't a message from the real Citibank. Unfortunately there is no way to stop spam like this... just delete it.

no maybe it was not the right thing to ask it is very dificult you have phishing spam then fraud it is sometimes difficult to see the difference i have had letter from banks with there headers and names of people working there but know nothing about an e.mail good thing we have a telephone as well i am new to the forum will take me a bit of time to sort out what really to look for
