Billy Briggs Home Scam Type
|
|
The alleged Billy Briggs scam is a work-from-home program that offers to turn the participants PC into a “Money-making Machine”. Briggs offers to share the secrets that allowed him to make a small fortune typing “tiny, little sentences”, and setting up a kind of automated system. The pitch it is pretty vague, but it has to do with internet advertising.
Like many work from home scams the participants are meant to pay in order to participate. Any savvy internet job hunter knows that an organization that asks their own employees to pay them.
Many critics claim that not only did they fail to make money from the Briggs plan, but had a very difficult time getting refunds.
While the Billy Briggs program is not an illegal operation, its business practices are ethically questionable and it seems to be an unsound financial commitment for most would-be employees. We can’t recommend it. |
