Contract
Hi I had a phone call from a company called achieve technologies with the offer to help me to build my own website and make back my initial investment within 6 months.When I recieved the files I was told I would have all the help I needed.I was also told I would never have to pay another cent as the $2000 would cover everything.When I signed the contract they set me up to have 6 x1 hour lessons which mostly only lasted for 45minutes.As I was trying to make my own website I had to do all these video lessons that had no audio so I could not understand them.They also promised free chat 24hrs daily but everytime I got onto chat they were neither there or would not help me They would simply tell me to watch the videos.I am also supposed to have access to my initial trainer for help whenever I want it but she also tells me to watch the videos which I have explained to her that I cannot understand them without audio.I have rang them and sent several emails requesting my money back as they are not keeping up to their side of the contract but they will not take my calls or answer my emails.I am having to pay $43 a month to the hosting company that they are with which being on a pension I cannot afford.Can somebody help me get my life savings back please
