Default Proflowers.com Easy Saver

I recently had 14.95 charged to my credit card account under Easy Save EasySaver. Phone number: 800-355-1837. When you call it, they say it is unavailable. Doing research, I have found this bill will come up monthly, until you stop it.

After you place an order with Proflowers, they send you an email from Easy Save, advertising a bunch of free stuff, including shipping. After they started asking for all types of information, I stopped, never entered any details. MEANING for them to bill my account, Proflowers had to give them my account infromation.

Advice: Their flowers suck and their scammers. Don't give these cheats business.

Default yup - they are fraud

I placed a order for flowers on Feb 4th, 2008. I explicitly asked my credit card
not to be shared on the account.
After I did the checkout there was a popup
for a 15 % discount. I clicked this and entered my email address and zipcode.

I was immediate signed up with a company called Easy Saver.
I found this to be a bad selling practice by Pro Flowers.

I immediately called Pro Flowers and told them I did not want to do business with
them and to cancel my order. They did so prompt.
I also asked them to not share my personal information with any third-party.
I was ensured after a followup phone the next day that this was done.

A week later when reviewing my credit charge statement I noticed a charge of $1.95 on Feb 5th
from easy saver.

I believe proflowers shared my credit card with easy saver. This was fraudulent.

Default pro flowers and fraud

I just got a hold of the company, she told me that when I bought flowers from pro flowers, i was given a 10% Discount coupon. When i went to use this, i put in my information for easy saver plan, which i was not aware of, because i was having trouble using the coupon. This is all I thought I was using. I told her that the plan was never used because I didn't know it was there. She asked me why I did't call sooner. My husband gets the bills and pays them, He just brought it to my attention last night. When I pulled all the other bills, they have charged us since july. She told me she was only authorized to charge back two months, so they now have 5 months of my money for something I didn't know was there. I will not ever do business with proflowers again, and I will telll them why. How businessess take advantage of people is unbelieveable. I honestly thought I was going through a process of getting my 10 % coupon and it ended up costing me $74.75.

Angry easy saver fraud

I just wanted it to be clear that when I filled in my information I thought I was doing this to get my 10% discount coupon. I didn't realize it was for the easy saver program. I had no idea this existed. In fact i emailed proflowers this time frame and told them that I was having trouble getting my coupon and they told me to call them next time I wanted to order and they would help me, so I never needed to go any further with this, and havnt ordered from them since. It looks like I won't ever order from them again because they have a set up that allows customers to get sucked into something they aren't aware of.

Default They got me too!!!

I just purchased flowers for Valentine's Day last week from ProFlowers. I too had a charge of $1.95 to my credit card this morning that said EasySaver (Phone number 800-355-1837). I called and got through to them. They told me that when I purchased from Pro Flowers that I signed up for Easy Saver Rewards program. I was not aware of signing up for ANYTHING. I did get the girl to cancel my "subscription" and will only be out of $1.95. Guess that's not too bad, but still bad enough.

However, I would have to disagree about the flowers from ProFlowers. My husband has sent me flowers for the past 5 years from them and never had any troubles. Four shipments were roses and one was a beautiful vase of various lillies. Each time my flowers lasted for 2-3 weeks (most unusual for roses) and all I did was put in the packet of food ProFlowers sends. I highly recommend ProFlowers, but I think it is sad that they scam you with this EasySaver deal.

Angry proflowers and easy saver

I appreciate all of the information you have offered, they got my card number because I ordered flowers from proflowers. I have removed myself from their list and will not ever use them again. They scamed me out of about 90.00 and will only refund two months of the fees which is about 20 dollars or so. This is all they said they were authorized to do. I am sad to hear that others too are being sucked in and this should be stoped. Proflowers is a huge business and should not associate themselves with such actions. Of course losing my business won't hurth them, but it will help me. If enough speak out maybe they will stop.

Talking proflowers and easy saver

I have had on going emails with Pro flowers, and today I must have finally gotten through to some one. I researched my credit card bill and found that they have charged over a 9 month period 104.00 on my card. I don't get the bills my husband does and he thought I had just enrolled in something until last month when he asked me what it was for and I didn't know. I was pretty stern with proflowers and informed them that they needed to separated themselves from easy saver or make it more informed what someone is getting into.... we all have a choice on who to chose theyarent the only company. I have email and employee numbers now, as proflowers has ordered easy saver to refund the full 104.00 back. So including the two months they claim they have refunded (won't know until the bill comes in the middle of March) they will post another refund of the balance so I am not out any money. I think everyone should start emailing proflowers in lieu of this so that they know this is frequent....I told them that I knew of several people who were not happy at being scammed. We will see if this gets resolved......

Default proflowers and easy saver

I hope my post can be viewed by those scammed too. What happens, yes, they are two different companies, but you place your order, when your order is placed they now have the cc number. When your screen comes up and says your order has been placed, there is a square that says "10% off of your next order with proflowers", and it tells you to click to get your coupon. I got a code to use, but when I clicked on it, it also enrolls you to easy saver. The fine print that you don't notice says you get your discount if you enroll. You really don't see it coming.

I will keep an open spot here until this is resolved. thanks so much.
