I am having a problem with your site and it is out of sheer frustration that I am sending this email hoping to get better customer service than I have received thus far.

Item purchased on 7-14, tracked the package via info given by seller. Package was returned because the address on the slip was not correct. Contacted seller & seller insinuated that I gave the wrong address, ichecked the info I gave on the site & I did give the correct address & I told this to the seller. Seller replied that the info must be incorrect and sent me a copy of the slip. Told seller that if I didn't know the address it was going to I would not have been able to tell by looking at the shipping label because it was written poorly. ASked seller to resend item or give me a refund, that was on 8/10. Have not received responce from seller, refund or my order. Escalated dispute to DHgate, no responce. I would like my money back as it has been over a month & I have not received it.

Also purchased on 7-14. Item was received and I immediately contacted the seller because the item did not match the picture on the site when I made my order. The sale stated it was an MLB New York Yankees Jorge Posada Jersey, what I received was a poorly made conterfeit. I contacted seller, & their first responce was to offer to sell me another jersey for $22. After several attempts to post pictures of what I received I was finally able to so, after that no responce from the seller. Escalated the dispute to DHgate & the responce was a $10 refund on a $40 purchase. That is not acceptable. What the seller did was commit fraud. Why should I lose money because of the seller dishonesty?

I simply want my money refunded for both my orders, unless your site's policy is to advocate illegal activity you can see where I am coming from. Please help me in this matter. Thank you.
