I was taken for the 419 Fraud. I found out by searching David Harris/David Smith. An elderly lady wrote to me, wanting to leave me her estate for philantropic usage.
I knew what it was, but I wanted to see where it would go. Once I was asked for money from the currior, I began a search of names and found the attorney the elderly lady used. He supposedly worked for excel securities. This is a new scam. I know they are sending this to others. Can I name the contact person? I am sure it's an alias. avahg

Default A New Scam-Same People, Can I name the contact?

I was taken for the 419 Fraud, and it has been playing out for the last month.
I believe this is the best way to get the information available to others. If they have my name, address, and telephone number, what can they do to hurt me. I do not have bank acct., etc... My husband takes care of most financial transactions. We just like it that way. avahg[/quote]

I am also willing to help out in any way possible. Please let me know what I can do, to assist you guys here at 419legal. I was ripped of for 8,000 prior to starting my S. Corporation. I have a business on eBay, as well as a freelance graphic designer. I am self employed and would be able to help throughout the week. I was so upset about losing the 8,000 with a scam that I have started a web site at: Report Online Scams - Exposing Online Fraud

Please do send me a PM if you need anything and I will always be willing to help.
